What the clinic bot does
Most small clinics and labs take bookings on a personal phone. Calls come in during OPD rush, messages pile up after hours, and patients forget the time they were given. A WhatsApp bot takes the repeat part of that work off your front desk.
- Booking. The patient says hello, picks the doctor or test, picks a slot, and gets a confirmation.
- Reminders. A short reminder before the appointment, with an easy way to change it. Patients can stop reminders at any time.
- Staff handoff. Anything the bot shouldn't answer goes to a person on your team.
- Hindi + English. Short, polite messages in both, written for your patients, not for engineers.

What it will never do
Booking only: no medical advice, no reports. A bot should not be deciding anything clinical, and ours is built so it can't. That line is drawn in the plan before a single message is written.
How we build it
You send BUILD on WhatsApp and describe the job in your own words. Hindi is fine. Then the job goes through our crew, one step at a time:
- Shikamaru turns it into a written plan with tasks, risks, a timeline and a fixed quote.
- Sanji studies how clinics book today and where patients drop off, then designs the flow: greet, slot, confirm, remind.
- Robin writes every message in Hindi and English.
- Usopp builds and tests it, and breaks it on purpose until it holds.
- Gojo reviews the whole build. Anything weak goes back.
- Harsh, the founder, tries it on a real phone and shows it to you. Nothing ships without his yes.

Why a lab-software team builds this
Healthcare is close to home for us. Our own lab software, which takes a test from booking to the finished report, is in beta at RaisingHs, a 3-centre lab network in Dhanbad. The clinic bot comes from the same family of work: small, careful, and kept away from anything a doctor should decide.

?Can the bot give medical advice or send reports?
No. A clinic bot from us handles booking, reminders and handing the chat to your staff. It does not give medical advice and does not send reports. Anything clinical goes to a person.
?Does it work in Hindi?
Yes. Every message is written in Hindi and English, short and polite. Patients can reply in either language.
?How long does it take?
A clinic or lab WhatsApp bot typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Meta's business verification can add a few days, so we start that on day one. You get the timeline in writing with the quote.
?What does it cost?
Every build gets a fixed quote after a short call about your clinic. You know the full price before work starts. WhatsApp and Meta message fees are paid by you directly, at Meta's rates.
?Where is patient data kept?
We collect only what booking needs, keep it in accounts you own where possible, and can host in India. The AI in the build gets specific, limited actions, never your passwords. For sensitive data we can set up a local AI box so the data stays in your building.
?Can my receptionist still reply?
Yes. When a patient needs a person, the chat is handed to your staff. The bot does the repeat work; your team keeps the conversations that matter.
