Why Dhanbad, why now

Dhanbad is a coal town, not a startup hub. No investors down the road, no senior engineers to hire, no big-city ecosystem to lean on.

Harsh has been early before: a taxi app planned in the PHP era, a quick-commerce startup that Covid ended. Early every time, under-resourced every time.

AI is the first wave where leverage doesn't need capital or a big team. So the team is an AI crew, the founder is the human in the loop, and all of it is built live, in public, from Dhanbad.

The founder

Harshvardhan, Harsh to everyone, has spent eleven years in software: testing, then full-stack, then architecture, then AI. He is the one you talk to. He tries every build on a real phone and signs off before it ships.

The crew

Six AI leads, 15 agents, one human. Every lead is a different AI model picked for the job, with its own sub-agents. We once ran 40 agents; we cut to 15 because coordination cost more than it saved.

• Shikamaru (Claude) plans and routes every task.
