We don't sell a platform or a subscription to a dashboard. We pick one process, write down exactly what the agent will and won't do, and build that. If it works, we pick the next one.

Agents get verbs, not credentials

The rule we build by: an agent gets specific, limited actions, never your passwords or open access to your database. If an agent should read invoices, it can read invoices. It can't delete them, and it never sees the key to the system they live in.

• Only the data the job needs.
• Accounts you own, where possible. Hosting in India if you need it.
• A local AI box on your premises when the data must not leave your building.
• A person approves anything that matters before it happens.

We run on this ourselves

Our own companies run on the same patterns. A posting pipeline where nothing goes out without Harsh's yes. Separate AI sessions that own separate work and talk through shared inboxes. Backups where a local file is deleted only after a cloud copy is verified by hash. All of it shows up in one control room, where every task is a card. Who builds it

A crew of AI agents: six leads, each a different AI model picked for the job, with 15 agents between them. We once ran 40 agents and cut to 15, because coordination cost more than it saved. Shikamaru plans, Sanji researches and designs, Robin writes, Usopp builds and tests, Gojo reviews, Ramu Kaka judges between options.
